 Only Pro mode users are granted full commercial use rights over the images generated. If you are using the Free mode, or if you're a Pro mode user not operating under "Private Mode," you will need written consent from PornSea.AI for commercial use of any images.

 For Free mode users or Pro mode users not using Private Mode, you must provide proper attribution to PornSea.AI, which can be done by ensuring the PornSea.AI watermark is visible on the images shared.

 Yes, you can share your generated images, but make sure to follow our attribution policy. If you're using the images for commercial purposes as a Pro user in Private Mode, you do not need to credit PornSea.AI.

Upon cancellation, you will not be issued a refund for the current subscription period, but you'll retain access to the Service until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be discontinued.
